Asbury has sophisticated testing equipment and qualified chemical and ceramic engineers to
help you formulate products that best suit your needs. Asbury Injection Method The Asbury
Injection Method (A.I.M.) is a technologically advanced process for handling carbon,
especially in steel mills. At the heart of the A.I.M. system is a sophisticated pneumatic
conveyor designed to handle powders. A.I.M. may be configured for slag foaming, where it
dramatically speeds tap-to-tap time, or for ladle metallurgy, where it can cut reagent
cost by 75%. An A.I.M. system is also available for injecting fluxes. For more complete
